What is your return policy?

Do you offer tech support?

As an authorized re-seller we assist with very basic trouble shooting. However, tech support is handled directly through the manufacturers and suppliers via each product’s individual tech support.

Do the products come with warranties?

All products are new unless otherwise stated and have their original manufacturers warranties and tech support.

Do you do installations?

No, we do not do installations. However, if you have a system in mind to build we can assist you with recommendations and with locating and providing supplies.

Do you have a location where I can come look at products?

We do not have a brick and mortar showroom where customers can come in and browse. However, local pick up is available for select products. We meet with customers by appoointment once items are purchased and confirmed available for pick up. Please contact us ahead of time to confirm availability and arrange pick up.

What are your pick up hours?

We do no have regular store hours. All pickups are scheduled for an an agreed upon time. We are generally available Monday-Friday after 4:30pm and weekends by appointment. In some cases, we may also be able to arrange a pick up during weekday business hours. Please contact us to schedule a time that works.

Do you offer delivery?

Due to limited availability, we generally do not offer delivery. However, we may occasionally be able to arrange a delivery locally at $2.00 per loaded mile from zip code 77571. Please contact us to check on availability and to receive a deilvery quote.

For local pick up of solar panels, renting a truck or u-haul cargo van is often an affordable and convenient option. Both work well for transporting. Please remember to bring ratchet straps. We do offer straps for sale if necessary.
