What We Expect from You:

To help us serve you and others efficiently, we ask that you:

    •    Treat our staff with respect in all interactions—verbal abuse, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated

    •    Honor scheduled appointments, pickups, and consultations—we do not tolerate no call, no shows

    •    Communicate promptly if you’re running late, need to reschedule, or no longer need an appointment

    •    Respect our time as we respect yours; time-wasting or repeated cancellations without notice may result in refusal of future service

    •    Ask questions and clarify needs up front to help us get you the right materials the first time

 

Zero Tolerance Policy

Disrespectful behavior, failure to show up for scheduled pickups without notice, or any form of harassment will lead to denied service or termination of the customer relationship. Our team is here to help—but we do so best in an environment of mutual respect and professionalism.
